In the upside-down world of the Addams Family, to be sad is to be happy, to feel pain is to feel joy, and death and suffering are the stuff of their dreams. Nonetheless, this quirky family still must deal with many of the same challenges faced by any other family, especially now that the Addams kids are getting older.
Wednesday Addams, the beloved princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet young man from a seemingly ordinary family. A man her parents have never met. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host dinner for Wednesday’s boyfriend and his parents.
Full of quirky characters, wicked humor, catchy songs, and plenty of heart, this ghoulishly fun musical is a celebration of family, love, and embracing what makes us different.
