Prepare to unleash your imagination within the hidden walls of Piccolo Tivoli!

Step inside a world of fantasy, artistry and whimsy as the international tradition of puppet theater finds a new home at Throckmorton Theatre. Beginning this October, Piccolo Tivoli will come alive as an intimate creative theater space dedicated to puppetry and the many forms of art and imagination that surround it.

But before the curtain officially rises, we invite you inside for a special sneak peek on Saturday, September 19 from 12–5PM.

Come explore Piccolo Tivoli in its current incarnation as a one-of-a-kind art installation created by Steve Coleman. The richly imagined space is filled with puppetry, theatrical curiosities, handcrafted details and unexpected discoveries. Take in the artistry up close, and get a first glimpse of the magical little world taking shape behind the walls of the Throckmorton.

The installation itself is part of the experience, so you don’t have to wait until October to discover Piccolo Tivoli. Stop by, look around, linger awhile, and let your imagination wander.
